George Dai, Founder
George founded DAI Advisors in 2019 to bring institutional-grade rigor to alternative investing. Before that he spent more than two decades as a research scientist at Johnson & Johnson, where he developed treatment algorithms for vision correction, earned 87 US patents, and led an AI project. That background in data analytics, optimization and AI is exactly what he now applies to portfolio construction, modeling, factor analysis and stress testing across private equity, private debt, real assets and hedge funds.
